The smuggling racket of gold, diamonds and precious stones was the order of the day.
Theft robbery and murder were committed unhindered. Police Sirens wailed and became silent. The criminals grinned at the failure of the police to catch them.
A special agent Ramesh was sent to investigate this crime wave. He got on the correct trail endangering his life. He made notes in his diary.
He was about to report to the police on phone when a loud report of revolver was heard sealing his lips for ever The eye witness to the tragedy was Ramesh's ten years old only son Raju. The killer Shankar tried to liquidate him too but he was saved by Sheela who was another eye witness. She had come to Ramesh's place to search smuggled diamonds. Raju reached his uncle safely. His uncle Mohan was striken with grief on hearing the sad news. He undertook a vow to avenge the death of his brother. He got hold of the diary maintained by Ramesh. He got to Shyam Singh a businessman and tried to locate the murderer. Shyam Singh was non-plussed at his appearance although Mohan was all the time posing as he murderer.
Shyam Singh was under obligation to Sheikh to do his bidding as he was his debtor. Shankar informed Shyam Singh that Mohan's nephew Raju was in their custody and that he should not be afraid of Mohan. Shyam Singh told Mohan to bring the costly necklace of the Rani of Chndanpur if he wanted his nephew alive.
Mohan kept his part of the deal but Raju was not restored to him. On the contrary when he came to even the score with Shyam Singh, he was already murdered. Mohan now had the murder rap of Shyam Singh on him.
